Notice Regarding Regulations for Exhibition of Gaming Devices

In accordance with the Gaming Devices (Exhibition of Gaming Devices) Ruling (Directive 4 of 2019), an Exhibition of Gaming Devices Approval is required in cases where a person or an entity wishes to exhibit gaming devices in fairs, exhibitions and similar events relating to gaming, or the organisation of any gaming networking events that involve the operation of an exempt game.

For clarification, a “gaming device” means any device or object,  including any electrical, electronic, or mechanical device, any gaming table, ticket or any other thing, that is used or is by its nature intended for use as part of a gaming service or in connection therewith in order to allow a player to place a wager, and, or to obtain the outcome of a game.

Any interested exhibitors wishing to use gaming devices for exhibition purposes shall be required to submit the ‘Exhibition of Gaming Devices Application Form’ via email to [email protected], at least two (2) weeks prior to the exhibition.  More information on the application process can be found on our website.

Please do not hesitate to contact us on [email protected] should you have any questions or require further assistance.
