In exercise of the powers conferred by article 7(2) of the Gaming Act (Cap. 583 of the Laws of Malta), the Malta Gaming Authority (hereinafter “MGA”) is hereby issuing the Amusement Machine Directive (Directive 5 of 2019) in relation to the requirements applicable to amusement machines.
Any person wishing to operate or in any other manner make available for use an amusement machine in premises accessible to the public shall be required to submit the “Application for the Registration of Amusement Machines” found in the downloads section on the MGA website and register such amusement machine. The said application can be submitted by hand, by post or sent to the following e-mail address: [email protected], along with the relevant enclosures.
